The company has successively won honorary titles such as "National High tech Enterprise", "Excellent Export Enterprise", "Hunan Province New Materials Enterprise", and "Hunan Province Little Giant Enterprise". Through increased research and development efforts, the company has also obtained new invention patents such as "Advanced Core Material Foam Technology" and "Advanced Metal Sheet Material Edge Pressing Technology". The company has obtained 28 patent certificates in steel plastic panels and related production processes.
In 2002, the predecessor of Zhongyan smelled the opportunity for emerging American composite dry van, and started the research and development of steel-plastic composite sidewall panels and door panels in China.
In 2008, due to the lack of mature equipment and technology in China at that time, the company invested more than 50 million yuan to independently develop the first domestic steel-plastic composite panel production line.
In 2013, our first generation of steel-plastic panels were launched to the North American market, after successfully passed the product tests made by a number of famous American trailer manufacturers.
In 2018, Zhongyan launched our second-generation steel plastic panels from new factory in Yueyang City. The new generation of composite panels surpassed the highest international standards in terms of quality such as lightweight, weather resistance and service life.
In 2023, Zhongyan’s oversea sales was grown rapidly. The company started to build our 2nd factory in China with cutting edge manufacturing technology, which will drive the company towards the high-end digital production.
